About The Maui Vegetarian

A little more than a year ago, it was just a dream. Today, The Maui Vegetarian is a roadmap for a healthier life. The concept for the book, cooking demonstrations, and health lectures, grew out of the heartfelt desire of Chef Brian Igarta and his wife, Crystal, to spread a Biblical message of health reform that begins with eating the right foods - as God intended for all of us. It has restored many to good health!
