Chef Brian Igarta will be joined by Ramona Lee, Registered Dietician, to introduce and demonstrate how food truly is our first line of defense against ill health. Come join Brian and Ramona for some fun and tasty education as they demonstrate that healthy food is Not tasteless, bland and boring.
You will gain an understanding of the health benefits of choosing to live a vegetarian lifestyle, even if it's for one day a week. Come prepared to enjoy samples of some of the popular recipes featured in his cookbook.
