Join Chef Brian Igarta for an evening of fun and tasty education as he dispels the popular myth that healthy food is tasteless, bland and boring. Chef Brian will show you how eating healthier can be exciting and appealing using his artful tips and creative blend of flavors.
You will gain an understanding of the health benefits of choosing to live a vegetarian lifestyle, even if it's for one day a week. Come prepared to enjoy samples of some of the popular recipes featured in his cookbook.
